AFFIDAVIT

                                       I, Lawrence Thevethasan Peiris alias Lawrence Thevethas Peiris (holder of Sri Lankan National Identity Card bearing No. 58 214 0278V and Passport No.30662534) of Vadmyra Veien 32,5172 Bergen, Norway being a Christian do make Oath and declare as follows :-

01.   I am the deponant and who speaks to the facts stated herein.

02.    I state that I am the sole owner of the property and the house situated at No.32/3E, Hill House Garden, Malwatta Road, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka.

03.    I state that I have leaseout the aforesaid house and the property to Mr.Hussain Mohammed Gullam Riyas (holder of Sri Lankan National Identity Card bearing No. 70 100 4264V) in 29-06-2014.

04.    I state that I have agreed with Mr.Hussain Mohammed Gullam Riyas to sell the aforesaid my house and property to him for Rs. 1,6500,000/- and taken Rs.1,300,000/- as an advance already from him.

05.   I sate that I have make arrangements to transfer my aforesaid house and property to Mr.Hussain Mohammed Gullam Riyas after paid my balance money for the said transction and arrears of munthly rent for the said premises.

06.    In meanwhile I got a information from my brother and tenant Mr.Hussain Mohammed Gullam Riyas that Ratnam Ragurajah my family Lawyer has written my aforesaid property and house to his name and one Ragurajah Ushanthini by Deed of Transfer bearing No.24 dated 17-11-2016 attested by S.Thiruchelvam, Notary Public.

07.    I state that I have never sold or agreed to sell my aforesaid property to Ratnam Ragurajah and one Ragurajah Ushanthini or any one person except Mr.Hussain Mohammed Gullam Riyas and I didn’t put my signature to any documents in respect of the said property.

08.   I state that the aforesaid Deed of Transfer bearing No.24 has been prepared and executed fraudulently by Mr.Ratnam Ragurajah and got the ownership to my valuable property and house situated at No.32/3E, Hill House Garden, Malwatta Road,Dehiwala, Sri Lanka.

09.   I further state that Mr.Ratnam Ragurajah got the Ownership to my aforesaid property by preparing bogus documents. 70057 Affidavit

10.   I state that this matter should be inquired into and take necessary legal action against the persons who have done this forge.

11.    My tenant Mr.Hussain Mohammed Gullam Riyas staying in my house and property from 2014 up to now.
